6 weeks of Total Renewal Program

I created a 6-week Program of Total Renewal Program for myself. But maybe it will be useful to you as well? If you want to reach your maximum potential, become healthier, stronger, more beautiful or smarter. If you want to become who you always wanted to be, this program is for you.

6 weeks of Total Renewal Program

as the name suggests, it lasts 6 weeks. It consists of several elements:

1. Body renewal:

  • Introduction of a very restrictive 6 weeks vegetables-fruit diet of doctor Ewa Dabrowska. When you don't supply your body with enough food from outside, your body begins to feed internally - it processes old fats, cells, etc. into products that are essential for life. In this way you will completely regenerate your body. Doctor Dabrowska's diet can also help you if you are suffering from various diseases (diabetes, Hashimoto and many others). When I lived in Romania a few years ago, I did 6 weeks of Doctor Dabrowska's diet. After 2.5 weeks, the convex scar from dog's bite on the thigh has become quite flat, and the back pain that has been bothering me for 2 years has disappeared. After 6 weeks, I realized that 90% of my cellulite just disappeared. I also lost 8 kilos.

  • Daily physical exercises - during the diet you may feel quite weak (due to the low calorie content of allowed foods). More demanding sports may not be the best idea during the program. I recommend Callanetics - is a set of exercises created in the eighties by Callan Pinckney consisting of repetition of minimal movements to work on deep muscles. You can also practice yoga.
  • Drink plenty of fluids, minimum 2 liters a day. Coffee, strong tea, alcohol, sweetened drinks are not allowed.

2. Meditation

Spend a minimum of 25 minutes each day for meditation (preferably twice a day - morning and evening). Find out why this is an important element of the program and how to meditate by reading the article East and Christian meditation.

3. Self-development

  • Treat the program as time for yourself. Think about what you would like to develop: in my case it is learning Spanish, developing writing and illustrating skills. Try to find a few minutes for it every day.
  • Read - take 30 minutes each day to read a piece of inspiring book - preferably a biography of someone you admire.

4. Offline day

Give yourself one day offline a week - without a telephone, television or the Internet. Spend it focused on yourself or with your loved ones.

5. Write the Renewal Journal

  • The day before the program starts think about why you decided to do it, what you want to work on, what you will achieve after completing it, as you imagine the plan of your day after including 5 elements of the program. Read these notes every morning. It will help to motivate you.
  • Describe your daily experiences and the changes you are observing in yourself.
  • Write down every day what you are grateful for (for this day or in your life).

The 6-week of Total Renewal Program is very demanding and will take a lot of your time every day. You will probably have to give up several activities. And going out with friends and watching them drink coffee, beer or eat chocolate cake will not be easy. Remember, however, that it's only six weeks. Can you devote less than 1.5 months of your life to become who you always wanted to be?
